Growing up as the oldest daughter of 12 siblings, a lot of the cooking and household responsibilities came naturally to me. To entertain the never-ending hunger pangs of my siblings, I learned to entertain them with homemade sweets. From homemade kisses to tiered-doll cakes, my creative talents flourished. Soon, I extended my baking skills to organizing and decorating for my siblings' birthday parties and weddings.

Eventually, I got married to John L. Pangelinan. We have four children: Narcissa, Tecla, Ursula and Jon Charles. After retiring from the Government of Guam, I decided to open a business. The business has become a family-run business that operates out of my home. John and my daughters have taken up my talent and their help provides some of the services offered by the business.
